Terms & Conditions of use:
Roster Coster is available for use by businesses that are required to adhere to the General Retail and Fast Food Industry Awards 2010 ("Awards").
The accuracy of information produced by Roster Coster is dependent on the accuracy of data entered by the business. If this data is entered incorrectly or is otherwise incorrect, then Roster Coster will not produce accurate results.
Roster Coster includes specifically:
Rostering for up to 15 employees, in a single location
Daily and weekly staff costs based on awards rates
Award, breaks (unpaid breaks won't be deducted), overtime, weekend and public holiday rules for full time, part time, casual and junior employees
Web only access to the Roster Coster platform (no mobile application accessibility)
Roster Coster does NOT take into account the following factors, which may affect the calculation of staffing costs and Award compliance:
Rates for Shiftworkers, Apprentices and Trainees
Any form of leave including: rostered days off; time off in lieu of payment for overtime; accrual of annual leave, sick leave, or personal and carer's leave
Averaging hours over multiple weeks
School holidays as they apply to student working hours
Enterprise Bargaining Agreements or mutual agreements that supersede the Award rules
Roster Coster is meant to serve as a reference tool for businesses only. The business is ultimately responsible for determining which rules apply to their business and for adhering to the rules provided in the General Retail and Fast Food Industry Awards 2010.

Use of Roster Coster is not a substitute for specialist advice.
The business accepts sole responsibility associated with the use of Roster Coster, irrespective of the purpose for which such use or results are applied.

Use of Roster Coster constitutes acceptance of Rision’s Terms & Conditions in addition to these terms and conditions.
