Shipping Area & Fee

We currently offer shipping for orders placed through our official website to the United States, Canada, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped to our supported countries.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping warehouse, selected carrier service, product type, and carrier operating conditions.

For standard parcel shipping within the United States, estimated delivery is generally 7-10 business days, depending on the distance between the destination and the shipping warehouse.

For Canada, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, the available shipping method and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout or confirmed in the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, carrier operations, customs clearance, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

Final Carrier Information

The final shipping carrier for your order will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email and tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, contact name, phone number, and postal code are complete and accurate before placing an order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or U.S. military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address.

If a package is returned, delayed, lost, or incurs extra charges because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the related costs.

Shipping Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with order details and a tracking number.

You can also check your shipment status on our website at any time using your order number.

Order Cancellation

Before your order is shipped, you may contact our support team to request a change to your shipping information. Address changes are subject to order status and operational availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has entered the fulfillment process (including picking, packing, label printing, or carrier handoff preparation), cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is approved at this stage, additional warehouse handling fees, carrier fees, or other related charges may apply.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be directly canceled. A package intercept or recall request may be attempted where available, but approval is subject to the carrier and additional fees may apply.

If you refuse delivery without prior approval, the package may be returned by the carrier and you may be responsible for return shipping, carrier fees, or other related costs.

Lost, Delayed, Or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, damaged in transit, or misdelivered, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide your order number and tracking number.

We may need to initiate an investigation with the warehouse or shipping carrier. Investigation timelines vary depending on the specific circumstances and the carrier involved. Cases requiring carrier confirmation may take additional time to resolve.

Please keep the product, original packaging, shipping label, photos, and any other delivery-related evidence until your case has been fully resolved.

For packages marked as Delivered, the carrier's delivery record may be used as part of our review. Before contacting us, we recommend checking the delivery location, front desk, neighbors, mailroom, or property management office to confirm whether the package has already been received.

Signature And Safe Drop

Most orders are shipped without a signature requirement unless a signature service is selected or required for the order.

Where no signature is required, the carrier may leave the package at the door or another location considered safe at the delivery address. The final delivery method and placement are determined by the carrier.
