Warranty Period

Our products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page, order page, or applicable consumer law.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, we will provide warranty support for confirmed quality-related defects that occur under normal use and in accordance with the product instructions.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Product failure under normal use.
  • Defective parts or accessories included in the original product package.
  • Other quality-related issues confirmed by our support team after review.

If a product is confirmed to have a covered defect, we may, at our discretion, provide replacement, replacement parts, or another appropriate solution based on the specific case.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or improper operation.
  • Drops, impact, liquid damage, fire, extreme temperature, or other external causes.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, stains, or aging that does not affect product function.
  • Loss, theft, or damage during storage or transport arranged by the customer.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or tampering.
  • Use with incompatible or unauthorized third-party accessories, parts, chargers, cables, or software.
  • Failure to follow the product manual, safety instructions, maintenance instructions, or other official guidance.
  • Products intended for resale.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or products without valid proof of purchase.

How To Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact our support team before sending anything back.
  2.  Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
  3. Describe the issue clearly and include photos or videos showing the problem.
  4. Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions provided by our support team.
  5.  If inspection is required, send the product back only after receiving our return instructions.

We usually respond within 1-2 business days. After we receive a returned product for inspection, we will review it and contact you with the result within 1-3 business days whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the issue, product availability, shipping destination, and local service conditions.

Shipping For Warranty Service

For confirmed quality-related defects covered by warranty, we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping where applicable. If the issue is not covered by the warranty,  RISION will charge a fee. This fee includes the cost of inspection, any necessary parts, labor, and shipping. Customers can decide to either pay for the repair service or have the original device sent back to them without repair.

Please do not return any product without contacting us first. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization or sent to the wrong address.

Amazon Orders

For products purchased on Amazon, please keep your Amazon order number as proof of purchase. If your order is still within Amazon's return window, please follow Amazon's return and refund process through your Amazon account.

If your Amazon return window has closed but your product is still within the warranty period, you may contact our support team for warranty assistance. We may request your Amazon order number, photos or videos of the issue, and any other information needed to evaluate the claim.

Important Notes

  • This warranty applies only to the original product and does not extend the warranty period after replacement unless required by applicable law.
  • Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent, depending on availability and local regulations.
  • Warranty service is subject to product inspection and confirmation by our support team.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on our official website will apply to future purchases after the update date.
  • If the goods were purchased from our Official Amazon Store or RISION’s official website, Rision would be primarily responsible. If the goods were purchased from a third-party reseller or authorized distributor, the primary responsibility to provide a remedy will lie with the reseller or authorized distributor.
