Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours after purchase: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund before the order has shipped.
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: You may still request cancellation, but non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
  • After shipment: Due to logistic and shipment constraints, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such case, cancellation shall be effected through the return policy. Please receive the package first, then contact our support team for return instructions. Please note that any refusal of delivery or rejection of shipment must be processed in accordance with this Policy. In cases where such refusal is not based on statutory rights or this Policy, the customer may be liable for reasonable direct costs incurred, including outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and other carrier fees.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, return or replacement reason, and photos or videos if the product has a defect.
  3. Wait for our support team to review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the product back according to the instructions provided by our support team.
  5. After shipping, send us the carrier name and tracking number.

Refunds

Replacement

If your product has a confirmed quality-related issue, or if a replacement is otherwise approved by our support team, our Warranty Policy applies, and we may send a replacement product or replacement part depending on the case and product availability.

Amazon Orders

For products purchased on Amazon, please start the return or refund request through your Amazon order page if your order is still within Amazon's return window. If the return window has closed but your product may still be covered by warranty, you may contact our support team with your Amazon order number and issue details.

Other Notes

If the products were purchased from our Official Amazon Store or RISION's official website, RISION would be primarily responsible. If the products were purchased from a third-party reseller or authorized distributor, the primary responsibility to provide a remedy will lie with the reseller or authorized distributor.
